Teaching

 des risques psycho-sociaux

The teaching of natural methods of well-being, in the prevention of Psychosocial Risks (PSR) related to the world of work.

Psychosocial risks are generally defined as:

  • stress at work (work overload, lack of resources, lack of autonomy, etc.)
  • internal violence within the company (harassment, conflict, etc.)
  • external violence to the company (insults, threats, assaults, etc.)

With constant changes in the professional world such as the increasing complexity of tasks, the reduction of rest periods, the individualization of work or even the increased demands of the clientele, the consideration of psychosocial risks has become unavoidable.

Exposure to these work situations can have consequences on the health of employees, and individuals: difficulties in concentration, insomnia, irritability, nervousness, significant fatigue, cardiovascular problems, musculoskeletal disorders, anxiety-depressive disorders, and exhaustion. No industry avoids this problem, but it can be prevented and fixed.

For this purpose, I propose wellness workshops, classes and individual sessions in order to improve the performances of each individual so the performance of the company. Provided services are customized to the needs of the company.
